Our 1700 sq ft townhome is fully furnished with all brand new, contemporary, yet comfortable furniture that will leave you feeling cozy and at home. 42" inch flat panel HDTV in living room with killer cable package that includes NFL Premier package!

Both master and second bedrooms have their own flat panel TVs as well. Curl up with your honey and enjoy a movie in bed if you choose. The master includes a huge comfy king size bed and 5 piece bath with over sized roman soaking tub. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen and has its own bathroom around the corner. Both rooms are set up with a dresser, 2 nightstands and walk in closets. Plenty of room for the little clothing you need in Arizona. The den down below is perfect for extra visitors (full size bed) or just escaping to a quiet room to read.

Our fully loaded gourmet kitchen offers the variety you need to cook any meal you desire, make margaritas or just mac and cheese for the kids. Whatever you need, it's there!

Our home is professionally cleaned prior to arrival and stocking of kitchen is available for cost of groceries plus a fee.

Last but not least just outside the front door is the pool and spa loaded with tons of chairs, loungers and cabana beds. Hot! Next to that is the club house which includes state of the art gym and lounge area with gourmet kitchen, flat panel TVs and business center. Let us know in advance if you want to reserve it as there is a security deposit required.
